Question How do I check the status of my order? Answer Order status is available through our online store. Please visit the Website where you made your order, log-in and click on the "Order Status" link located at the top of the page next to the "Help" section. You will notice the following sequence of links : storefront, view cart, checkout, order status, help. The "order status" link will not appear unless you are logged into the store and have completed a purchase from the store. Order status is sometimes not available for preorders if the preorder store has already closed. The order status section provides order status, ship date and relevant tracking information. Tracking information is available for the following shipping methods: Two-day express One-day express Standard expedited International rapid (USPS) shipping methods You can find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. Expected delivery times for Standard delivery is 7-12 business days and International delivery is 2-5 weeks. We do not have tracking information for standard or international shipping at this time.
Question How do I return or exchange an item? Answer Merch Method will accept any unwashed/unworn merchandise items for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase (within 45 days of purchase for shipments outside of the United States). Merch Method will not accept for return or exchange any packaged non-wearables, including CDs, cassettes, DVDs, or videos once opened. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges for digital downloads. All sales are final.
EXCHANGE FEE There is a $4.00 exchange processing fee if the items exchanged are not damaged or defective (determination of damage or defect will be at our sole discretion). Rejected returns will be sent back to you at your cost and will be charged to the original payment source for your order.
REFUNDS Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturer's defect. All refunds will be credited to the original payment source. If the original payment source is unavailable, we reserve the right to issue an electronic gift certificate or issue a refund check to be mailed to the billing address provided on the order.
WHO PAYS FOR POSTAGE Postage for returns/exchanges are paid by you. If you are returning damaged or defective merchandise, we will pay the cost of return shipping only if you use the postage pre-paid return label on the return/exchange form. For all other returns/exchanges, if you use the pre-paid postage label we will deduct the cost of return shipping from the amount of your refund. The cost deducted will be $4.95 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item. If we determine at our sole discretion that the merchandise you return is not eligible for return or exchange, you authorize us to charge the return shipping charges to your original payment source.
MERCHANDISE THAT EXCEEDS $100.00 IN VALUE For any returned merchandise valued in excess of $100.00 you must send the merchandise using a traceable and insured ship method. All other items can be sent by a method of your choice.
